Here is the muslin first draft of the shorts that I made the other day. They look a bit bunchy cause I have a pair of shorts on underneath, but I had a great critique. I'm really satisfied with the outcome, just a few technical tweaks to do. Also, I'm still deciding on the length, so in the end both legs will be the same. :) They will also have a small waistband.
